This is the reflection of the first contact with Japan. Last October we went to Japan and made some friends, and we started dreaming about the summer. These 8 songs are just a symbolic start of a long term collaboration, where we will aim to bring closer artists from Japan, Portugal, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand and Lithuania. The goal will be to come up with ideas that will make possible for all these artists to travel and play more between Europe and Asia, collaborate and embrace the freedom of having more options to perform.
Thank you to all the artists that participated in this mixtape!

このミックステープ「ファースト・コンタクト・ウィズ・ジャパン」にはモウカレコーズの日本との最初の出会いを反映した音楽が入っていて、このミックスにはこれからも曲を追加していく予定です。２０１７年の１０月にモウカレコーズはベルリンのバンド、オーライ・ガンジーと一緒に日本を含むアジアツアーに赴き、ライブをし、新しい出会いを経験しました。そして秋のツアーから休むことなく、次の夏に向けて夢のつづきを見始めました。この８曲は長期的な国際的コラボレーションの始まりを象徴するような８曲です。日本、ポルトガル、ドイツ、マレーシア、タイ、リトアニアのアーティスト達の繋がりを強くし、ヨーロッパとアジアで相互的にコラボレーションすることや、より多くの選択肢や自由を持ちながらの音楽活動を可能にしていくことがモウカレコーズのゴールです。
